Tower 801
This 25-story, 173-unit concrete high-rise in downtown Seattle needed a 21st century facelift. With a limited budget, the building owners opted for a phased remodel, starting with the residents’ lounge and entertainment kitchen. Robin Chell Design chose a bold color scheme inspired by blue sky to “freshen up” the appearance of this 50-year old landmark. The colorful and vibrant scheme, which also features clean lines and plenty of light, gives a nod to mid-century design, with a 21st century twist.
