This former 1911 church on Seattle’s Capitol Hill is a designated historic Landmark that has been converted into 12 modern urban townhomes. Ranging in size from 1600 to over 3000 square feet, each townhome is unique and features historic details such as soaring vaulted ceilings and movable stained glass windows.

The building was left unfinished for several years as a result of the downturn in the economy. Robin Chell Design was bought on board by the new owners to help finish the interiors of the project. The scope included the re-design and completion of the main atrium, which features a customized, illuminated resin screen to cover a floor-level skylight, and customized furniture for atrium seating. In addition, RCD furnished the 3500-square foot model home, coordinated artwork with Seattle’s Fetherston Gallery, and provided full color renderings of the unit plans.
