Clarke Apartments
RCD was hired to complete both the interior and exterior color palette for this unfinished 24-unit mid-rise apartment building, located in Seattle’s Greenlake neighborhood. The scope included reconfiguring spaces in order to maximize net rentable square feet, as well as specifying cabinets, lighting and flooring. The goal was to have an interior palette that appealed to both contemporary and traditional tastes to reflect the neighborhood demographic.
